Creating Change Through Compassion is the driving force behind Coupla Guys and Gals Give Back (C3GB). How do we do it? Through our High Impact outreach which includes hands-on assistance to those in need; inspiring our volunteers through causes they’re passionate about; developing, training and empowering our leaders; and spreading awareness to our communities and beyond. C3GB is where people, leaders and those dedicated to doing good come together to give back within their communities. Where compassion flourishes. And where awareness grows. Join us today!
By design, Coupla Guys and Gals Give Back is not affiliated with any one cause or organization. Instead, we focus on three main areas—people, animals and the environment—and partner with volunteer organizations to provide real, hands-on assistance.
If it has a human element, C3GB wants to be involved. Whether that’s homelessness, childhood poverty, veterans, Special Olympics, mental illness or anything else that relates to the human condition, we connect directly with those in need of help. In extending a hand we learn from them, and learn about ourselves.
We are passionate about all animals, both domesticated and farm. You’ll find C3GB at the humane society, walking dogs at the pound, pet adoption events—anything to help them find their forever families. And we are also working to help animals in the factory farming system, by educating the public at large about the suffering these animals endure for human consumption.
We only have this one planet, which is why it’s imperative that we connect to, and understand, the world around us. C3GB is involved in restoration projects, cleanups, tree plantings, deforestation education, and learning about the impact our daily lifestyles have on our world.

C3GB is an all-volunteer community of good, compassionate people who are looking for ways to affect real change in the world. And we’re having a helluva lot of fun doing it.
We are a unique organization. Yes, we know, unique can be confusing. So, allow us to define some of our core values.
Our motivation isn't your money. Not now. Not ever. We want your time and effort. We want you to be able to look back at the end of the day, see the impact you’ve had on a life or an issue, and be able to say, “I did that.” We want you to share the lessons you learn with as many people as possible. Then, we want you to come back and do it again.
High impact outreach is our goal. What does that mean? It means we roll up our sleeves and actually, physically help causes that need us. We help our volunteers discover their own passions to inspire them to give of themselves. Within C3GB, we develop, train and empower our leaders, in the hope that they will go out on their own and continue to spread compassion throughout the world. We are also bringing awareness to our communities, and spreading awareness to the world.
At C3GB, we talk a lot about “direct connections.” And that has nothing to do with online dating or the latest social media app. When we say “direct connections” we mean old-fashioned “get out there and do stuff with, and for, people,” and it’s at the core of all we do. When we truly connect with people and gain a real understanding of the issues at hand, change happens organically. Giving financially helps, but it’s passive, and, frankly, boring. We want to be, and are, active in changing the world around us. And that’s something no one can put a price tag on.
