We run an extremely lean organization. At the beginning of 2016, we incorporated and received tax-exempt status as a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (Change Through Compassion, Inc. dba Coupla Guys and Gals Give Back). Since then, our spending has been focused on planning and managing the ambitious number of volunteer opportunities we produce each year.
We make our financial statements available because we are committed to financial transparency and judicious spending. For 2016 and 2017, we had limited personnel costs. Our Executive Director donated time, rather than drawing a salary.
