We have found that once people start getting involved with the work that we do, they can’t get enough. People are constantly asking if there are ways for them to get more involved and if they can do more to help. We love this and want to feed this fire as much as we can.  Our leadership positions do just this. We are an organization run entirely by volunteers and our leaders are the lifeblood. They are responsible for planning events, producing our awareness and outreach, coordinating our fundraisers and so much more. Without them, we could never deliver the amazing volunteer experiences that we do. However, becoming a leader is more than just helping the organization. Instead, it’s an amazing opportunity to grow as an individual. We don’t require much, just passion for our mission and for helping others. The rest is taken care of. We give our leaders the keys to the rocketship and then sit back and enjoy the ride.
